Features:- Smart Rate: gives exerciser a clear view of where his heart is in relation to his target training zone. A different color indicator shows when the exerciser’s heart rate is above, below, or within the ideal weight loss or cardiovascular training zone. To activate Smart Rate, the exerciser must wear the Polar heart rate chest strap (installation of heart rate option required)
- Quick Start: makes it extremely easy to use the climber. A push of a single key puts exercisers directly into the Manual course.
- Manual course: lets users select speed during workouts.
- Random course: offers computer-generated hill profiles.
- Interval course: provides the superior cardiovascular conditioning of interval training. 10 intervals of lighter exercise (“rest”) alternate with 10 interval of heavier exercise (“work”) in a one-to-one ratio. Interval length is based on the length of the time the user chooses for the course. Each course is divided into 20 segments. For example, a 10 minute course has 30 second intervals, and a 30-second course has 1 ½ minute intervals.
- Custom courses: let owners create two specialized programs, either to suit individual needs or to add variety and interest to climbing routines. Customizing courses is quick and easy-just access custom mode with a special code and follow a few steps.
- 10 Programmed courses: offer a variety of climbing speeds. Users can choose to climb at any of 10 work levels, for 100 different variations. Work level can be changed at any time during a workout.
- C764 readouts: time, distance, speed, work level, segment time left, steps per minute, pacer distance, pacer speed, watts, mets, calories, calories per minute.
- Optional Equipment: Heart rate readout is a purchase option. The wireless heart rate receiver is easy to install into the console. To activate the heart rate system, the exerciser must wear a Polar or compatible heart rate chest strap transmitter (sold separately)
